Mexican Ninja How to Get and Equip Mexican Jutsus
Two slots. Two jobs. The rest is a clip for someone else’s channel.
Mexican Jutsus are the signature specials: trigger-button spectacle that sits on top of the brawler kit. Store copy promises outrageous Mexican-Japanese spirit powers. The systems promise something stricter: you equip two at a time. This page is how to get them, how to pick them, and how not to brick a run. For archetypes, see best builds. For a sketch pad, see the build planner.
If you cannot press the triggers without dropping movement, fix controls first.
How to get Mexican Jutsus
You find them the same way you find every other toy:
- Mid-run reward screens (the three-card choice in demo playthroughs).
- Purchases and unlocks via El Mero Mero Sensei and the Way of the Donkey.
- Spirit-favor flavor — marketing language for the same reward pipeline, not a separate overworld shrine this wiki will invent.
There is no redeemable “Jutsu code” like a live-service Roblox title. If a site is selling Mexican Ninja codes, they are in the wrong genre.
How to play with two slots
Slot A and slot B are not “strong” and “stronger.” They are street and lord, or reset and punish.
Good pairs:
- Knock-all / scream + slam
- Fire trail + burn slam
- Hangover pulse + heavy-execute style burst
Bad pairs:
- Two screen wipes
- Two slams and no packed-street answer
- A self-curse tool plus a tool you do not understand
Fire Jutsus when the combat page would tell you the pile is already lost. Do not fire them to skip learning parry. Lords in the bosses guide will tax that habit.
Jobs, with examples from real footage
Demo commentary (not a complete list) showed tools in this neighborhood:
- Levitation slam — up, fire aura, crash down. Boss punish.
- Close scream — more damage the closer they are. Clump answer.
- Fire-trail sprint — huge speed, burning wake. Mobility plus burn family.
- Screen knock + damage buff — reset button.
- Hangover on heavies — sometimes sold as a Jutsu-adjacent card rather than a trigger spell. Still a “job.”
Use the job, not the meme name you misheard in a noisy video.
How to protect charges
“How to protect” for Jutsus means do not dump both on a barrel pack before a lord. Practical rules:
- If the next room is a head, keep one charge.
- If a Chunk is winding a belly-bump and you have no dash, spend the reset.
- Death charms are not Jutsus. Do not confuse insurance with DPS — run items.
Patch caution
Demo updates added Jutsu upgrades and nerfed El Cascos. Launch on August 20, 2026 may retune cooldowns and shop weights. When that happens it belongs on updates, not as a silent edit that pretends we always knew.
Next
Take a pair into a walkthrough leg. If the pair is boring, that might be balance — or it might be you skipping combat. Check both before you blame Madbricks.
Cooldown discipline in human words
A Jutsu is not a light attack. If you press it every time the trigger is bored, you will meet the panda empty. Count rooms: if the walkthrough says a lord is next, you keep a charge. If a Chunk is already overlapping you and dash is down, you spend the reset and accept the empty punish slot. That trade is how you protect a run without a dedicated protect button.
Spirit-favor marketing will try to make this sound mystical. It is two buttons. Treat them like two buttons. The build planner is only there so you notice when both buttons are the same button.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How do you get Mexican Jutsus?
Unlock and buy through El Mero Mero Sensei and pick them on mid-run reward screens. There are no Roblox-style redeem codes.
How many Jutsus can you equip?
Two. Give them different jobs: one crowd reset, one boss punish. The build planner helps you see overlap before you die.
Should I save Jutsus for bosses only?
Save one charge for the lord. Spend the other if a street pile is about to wipe you. Dumping both on fodder is how panda attempts start at a disadvantage.
Do Jutsus carry between runs?
Permanent unlocks on the donkey tree can expand what you own. Equipped run picks and many upgrades still reset on death. Spend coins so the next run is not empty-handed.
