Mexican Ninja Updates Hub

Launch week first. Demo history second. Invented patch numbers never.

Updates Hub

Mexican Ninja is released, not upcoming. That matters for every other page on this wiki. This hub collects dated context so Getting Started does not still talk like a wishlist pitch.

What to read

  • Launch notes — day-one platforms, price through September 3, languages, Steam Deck Verified, what out now means for builds and bosses.
  • Demo notes — Next Fest combat pass, Red District, panda rebuild, El Cascos nerf, and why old YouTube is a trap.
  • Launch week news — August 12 playtime wager, go-live shout, discount calendar, and the “no 1.0.1 yet” stamp.

If you want a verdict, that is the review. If you want a store, platforms.

How we treat patches

We will not invent a 1.0.3 changelog. When Madbricks or Amber post Steam news, it belongs here as a dated summary plus links to whichever guide actually changed — usually combat, Way of the Donkey, or system requirements. Until a note exists, assume launch tuning.

New on launch week? Guides Hub. Already parrying? Builds Hub. Hardware anxiety? specs checker.

Launch week versus forever

Week one searches are is it out, Steam Deck, and demo versus full. That is launch notes, demo notes, and launch week news. Week four searches should be patch notes. If we have none, it means Madbricks has not posted a numbered changelog this wiki can cite — not that we will invent 1.0.1 to look fresh.

When a note lands, expect it to touch at most three living pages: combat if parry windows move, Way of the Donkey if nodes get retuned, system requirements if the Steam table changes. Bosses only if a named lord is rebuilt the way the panda was in the demo.

The donkey tree will get nodes. The five heads will get muscle memory. This hub only exists so those two facts stay dated, and so Getting Started never again reads like a wishlist. If you arrived from a pre-order tab, read launch notes before you argue with any other page. The date is August 20, 2026. The rest of the wiki already believes it. This hub is a date stamp with links, not a second Steam news feed. If you want systems, you wanted Guides Hub or Builds Hub. If you want a refund argument, you wanted the review. Come here when the calendar changes or when Madbricks actually posts. If you are killing time instead of killing Narkuzas, close this hub and open combat. A dated wiki is useful. A wiki you refresh instead of playing is not.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Has Mexican Ninja launched?

Yes, on August 20, 2026 for Steam, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox One / Series. Read Launch notes for the full day-one list.

Is the demo still useful?

Yes for combat feel. No as a complete campaign map. Demo notes mark Red District and panda changes so you do not follow a 2025 video blindly.

Where are patch notes?

Official notes live on Steam news and console storefronts. This hub will summarize them when they exist. We do not fabricate version numbers.

Does a patch change this wiki’s combat advice?

Only if parry, Jutsu caps, or specs change. Until then, Combat and Controls still apply.
